The Seawolves Pantry has been a collective and collaborative effort among the Stony Brook University community since its establishment in 2013. Ever since, a wide diversity of clubs, organizations, and departments across campus have been essential to our standard operations.
Do you need community service hours?
We accept donations in exchange for community service. Please note that our current rate is 1 hour of community service for every 5 pounds of donations made. This can be in the form of individual donations or food drives. If you decide to host a food drive for us, we can also approve any hours spent organizing the drive itself.
Otherwise, our best option to provide a large amount of community service hours is by volunteering.
